DriveSHAFT & Charlie

I've never posted here--or, actually, in any LiveJournal--before, so I'm a bit nervous about this. *Bear with me*.

I've been a fan of the boys since early in their career. I went on a school trip to Australia; my best friend Myna and I snuck away from the class and she talked me into going to a concert--which just happened to be a DriveSHAFT concert. I've been a fan ever since.

After the show, Myna and I hung around and watched the band leave. Charlie saw us and actually waved; I've had a crush on him ever since. Which is one of the reasons it hit me so hard when I heard about the plane's disappearance. I swear I burst into tears the second I heard Charlie had been on the plane.

I've been playing my copy of Charlie's solo debut "Pente" over and over again and struggling against tears...I can't believe he's gone.

I refuse to believe he's dead. Charlie's made of tougher stuff than that. I just pray that we find him, and soon.

My thoughts and prayers are with Sinjin, Patrick, Liam, and the rest of Charlie's family.
