if you're talking about the ones on STOF that look like this (http://www.driveshaftband.com/whitetreatment.jpg), they were created by website staffer Lari, who made them in the style of the band's official logo. but we don't know who in the DS camp originally created that logo.

as long as you're not selling the t-shirts for profit, there should be no problem anyway. :)
